The "now what?" moment: My inspiration

When I became a real estate agent, I quickly realized that getting licensed and building a successful business are two very different things. The licensing classes taught me the laws, contracts, and regulations, but they didn't teach me how to generate leads, build a personal brand, manage clients, host open houses, create systems, or confidently navigate my first transactions. Like many new agents, I found myself asking, "Now what?"

As I gained experience, I noticed the same pattern. New agents were excited and motivated, but many were overwhelmed by the lack of practical training after getting their license. Too many talented agents were leaving the business simply because they lacked a clear roadmap.

That's what inspired me to create Agent Core Academy. I wanted to build the resource I wish I had when I started.
